Our entire operation is subject to oversight by the Government of the Canary Islands and is supported by a Binding Tax Ruling issued by the Spanish State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT). This gives investors a high degree of legal certainty, significantly reducing fiscal risk and instilling confidence throughout the investment process.
